Royal String Quartet is one of the most dynamic string quartets in the world today. Its repertoire combines classical masterpieces with contemporary music, daringly reaching across the boundaries of musical genres. During the concert inaugurating the Lutosławski Year in the Gorzow Philharmonic the artists will perform Lutosławski’s sole String Quartet, enjoying a reputation of one of the most complex, challenging yet inspiring quartets of the 20th century. The concert repertoire also includes Debussy’s String Quartet in G- minor, op.10.
